Welcome to our 3-bedroom oceanfront retreat in Edmonds, Washington – a serene haven where the ocean meets tranquility.
In the 1st bedroom, you’ll find a king-sized bed for restful nights. The 2nd bedroom offers a king bed and a snug twin bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. The 3rd bedroom features two leather sofas that easily convert into comfortable sleeping spaces, along with queen bed and additional twin bunk beds.
Relax in style in the living area, furnished with leather sofas that double as cozy sleeping spots. Plus, there’s a foosball table for friendly competitions and a telescope to explore the starry night sky.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $250.00 fine.
- • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and linens.
- • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
- •Up to 3-car parking is allowed. The neighborhood has strict parking restrictions. Parking violation in the neighborhood may incur towing at the owner's expense.
- • House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $ 1000 fine.
- • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
