Our premier multi-level 1,800 square foot home is named Top of the Town for good reason. This 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom home offers spectacular views of the Creede cliffs, town proper and picturesque San Juan mountains from all three decks.
The lower level features a washer/dryer as well as a game room complete with TV, party fridge, game table and comfy couch. This level includes a smaller full bath with shower that adjoins the 2nd bedroom. Raise the garage door for access to the lower entrance area and breathe in the crisp mountain air.
Head up the stairs to the main living area boasting a spacious open concept kitchen with all the amenities, living room and full bath. This level provides access to a covered wrap-around deck that features a private hot tub, grill, comfortable seating, and unparalleled views.
The upper level which is accessible via stairs is home to the main bedroom which features a small private balcony with a bar seating area for early morning coffee or a nightcap under the stars. From the balcony enjoy an experience like no other showcasing the breathtaking views of Creede. You will also find the 3rd bedroom and a full bath on this upper level.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
