Your single family vacation rental pool home is located in one of the best locations in Naples - Coconut River! Your vacation rental home was completely remodeled in 2022 with a brand new kitchen featuring high end Kitchenaid appliances, new flooring and furniture and fantastic art work, a brand new travertine pool deck and pool surface and more! Guests staying with us can use the neighborhoods community center that has a heated community pool, 1 tennis court and 4 pickleball courts which is just down at the end of the street from the home. You can bring your small water craft and use the community boat ramp as well, the canal at the end of this streets runs to the Gordon River then to the Naples Bay out into the Gulf of Mexico.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
