Location, location, location! Our Malama beach house is located on the fabulous Blue Water Bay resort. Directly off the Kapparis’s Kennedy Avenue main strip of bars and restaurants but far enough away to give you real peace and quiet.
The stunning cobalt waters of Malama Beach are a 5 minute walk away and the famous Fireman’s Beach is just a 10 minute walk.
The villa comfortably sleeps 4 in two well-appointed bedrooms. There is air conditioning in every room and super fast Wifi everywhere you need it.
Your private swimming pool is surrounded by a mature garden and there are plenty of areas to sunbathe and dine alfresco.
Each of the two bedrooms has its own private bathroom with a shower.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
