Between the 1st and 2nd floors there is a large bathroom with a bathtub. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, a large bathroom and a veranda with fantastic sea views, and the second one with two single beds. A small living room is also housed in the large bedroom. Above the 2nd floor, there is a large loft with a bedroom and a living room in the same room. A small bathroom is also available. The villa is surrounded by 2 large courtyards with a total area of 260 sq.m. The first courtyard features parking space and the second one a stone barbecue. All floors communicate with wooden staircases. The villa features heating and air conditioning, as well as 24-hour hot water. It also has three Tvs, Wi-fi internet, Cd, radio, private parking. The floors have large balconies where the visitor can enjoy the view of the sea, the city or the mountain. At the disposal of the visitor is the use of the garden and the barbecue. Within a stone’s throw of the Villa there are popular shopping chains, many restaurants, traditional taverns, supermarkets, bars, cafes, clubs. Activities offered in Porto Rafti: cycling in the sea or in the mountains, fishing, summer cinema, walking. At 1000 meters from the Villa, there is a sandy beach with free entry (erotospilia), offering a great choice for swimming, sunbathing and water sports, while at a further distance there are countless other beaches.
