Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home has the space and features for your group. There are three spacious bedrooms and two full baths. This home can sleep up to ten guests. Upon entry you will find a washer and dryer on your way to the kitchen. The kitchen comes fully functional, ready for you to cook a delicious meal. This is an excellent way to offset some of the costs of your Put-in-Bay adventure. The living area is spacious with comfortable couches and a television with satellite TV service. The dining room is attached to the living room. Here you will find a sliding glass door that exits to the brick patio. Outdoor chairs and a propane grill provide a superb spot for a classic cookout. The rear of the property is flanked by a wooded area for increased privacy and shade.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
