The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with only one more neighbour, in a residential area of Can Picafort. From the same terrace, you can enter the apartment that presents a modern and comfy style. The living room offers a TV with satellite channels and AC. The modern kitchen-diner is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob. From here you will have access to the laundry area outside which is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, both with double bed and wardrobe and one of them also with AC and en suite bathroom with shower.
