This family villa is the perfect holiday home if you’re a big group of people. In this lovely home you’ll find all necessary amenities and a lot of space. It has a 50m2 chlorine private exterior pool that’s 10m long and 5m wide, a 250m2 paved garden and a nice 10x15 porch. Honestly, there’s no lack of space. By the pool you’ll find and exterior shower and in the porch you’ll be able to share laughs and talks around its big table with lovely views to the main square. On the other side you’ll find a second porch made of wood columns and a spacious table for 12 people next to the barbecue. ¡No worries when lunchtime comes! To protect ourselves from the sun you have a parasol and, if you want to get tanned, you can also lay down on some of its 10 sunbeds and really enjoy the Mediterranean weather. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
