Welcome to this impressive house in Pont d’Inca, a beautiful urbanisation belonging to Marratxí. It offers a great private pool and accommodation for 6 people.
Enjoy the private chlorine pool of this three-storey house every day. It sizes 7 x 4 metres and the water depth goes from 1.5 to 1.8 metres. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a delicious breakfast in the screen porch and then you will be ready to swim! There also is a an exterior shower to wash off. You can spend a nice day basking in the sun by the pool on one of the 2 sun loungers, read a book on the chairs or cook a succulent barbecue.
Inside you find two spacious living-dining rooms, equipped with sofas and TV to enjoy a family time (or with friends) or simply rest. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
