The great terrace with panoramic views over the fields is ideal to spend a family evening, sunbathing on one of the beach deck chairs or refreshing in the chlorine 0.5 metres depth inflatable pool and celebrate good evenings. Maybe you feel like a delicious barbecue? The house stands out due to its natural stone facade and preserves an authentic Mallorcan style. As it is placed within the villa, it has direct neighbours.
The two storey house has a size of 185 m2. On the ground floor, we find a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as another dormitory with a bunk bed and a bathtub bathroom. Upstairs there is a beautiful furnished terrace to have dinner outdoors and enjoy the evening with your friends. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
