This fantastic urbanisation house offers such dreamy exteriors. Immersed in a lush green garden, there is a chlorine private pool, 10 m x 4 m large and 1.3 to 1.45 m depth, which will give you very great moments. Next to it, you can sunbathe on 8 sun loungers, have a drink in the fresh air and make delicious barbecues as well as taste them under the porch.
The house distributes its stays into two heights, although there are different levels between them. Thus, when you come into the main floor, there is a really beautiful living-dining room with TV-SAT, separated by a half wall of the kitchen, stay that is equipped with ceramic cooktop. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
