Outside this beautiful villa you will be able to enjoy a nice swim in the private chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 3 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.6 to 1.8 metres. You’ll also find 3 sunloungers around where you can bask in the sun although you can also relax on the 2 Bali beds. From the pool and down some steps you’ll reach the porch which is perfect for your meals and BBQs alfresco or to have a drink in the evening. There also is an equipped terrace in another corner of the house. The property is fenced and offers 4000 m2.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
