Majestic house, with private pool and accommodation for 10 people, in Urbanización Monterrey, Palma de Gandia.
The exteriors are simple but magnificent, since the private chlorine pool is surrounded by 4 sun loungers to sunbathe accompanied of incomparable mountain views and the green fields. The pool sizes 10 x 3 m and has a depth of 1.3 to 1.8 m. A porch and a terrace invite you to enjoy delicious barbecues.
It is a four-storey house. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen-dining room equipped with gas hob and a dining table and a shower bathroom as well. On the first floor, there is a wide living room where to watch TV-SAT, listen to music or read, among others, next to the chimney in the colder months. There is also a bathroom with shower and the laundry provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the 2nd floor, there are three dormitories. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
