Fantastic summer flat in Colonia de Sant Pere, in the north of Mallorca, 300 metres from the sea and with capacity for 6 people.
This one-storey house has a terrace with two sun loungers and a barbecue, ideal to enjoy a good meal under the Majorcan sun. Because it is in an urbanisation, there are direct neighbours.
Within the house you can find a living room where you can watch a film in the TV-sat or a DVD. During autumn nights you can build a warm fire in the wood stove. It also features 2 fans. The dining area brights with a wooden rustic table where six people can enjoy having lunch and chatting. If you like cooking, there is a well equipped kitchen, including a vitro. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
