The outdoor areas of this house are beatutiful: garden zones and a furnished terrace with sea and countryside views.
A 120m2-sized house is divided into 2 floors and features 3 bedrooms with AC on the 1st floor (one double and 2 twins). A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. There are two bathrooms: one is on the ground floor in the garage and the other is on the 1st floor.
A cozy living-dining room with AC is a perfect place to rest on the sofa after a hot beach day enjoying sea views or just reading your favourite book. The kitchen is equipped with a gas plate and all necessary kitchenware to cook delicious meals. You will find also a washing machine and an iron with an ironing board.
Cala Salmonia is a beautiful cove which belongs to Santanyi and where you can spend a relaxing day and enjoy the tranquility...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
