Indian Pass is a rare treasure. It’s a special place where time seems to have stood still and preserved the beauty of nature from Florida long ago. Indian Pass is a small strip of land whose name refers to a natural pass leading from Apalachicola Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Two Views is located in an area where on one side of the pass is the Indian Pass Lagoon, and the other is the Gulf of Mexico. Tucked between two natural bodies of water, there are incredible views of each. You can walk the private boardwalk raised just above the water from the backside of the home to reach the lagoon. Cross the neighborhood street from the front, wind your way down the private path, and you’ll arrive on the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
