Ideal for a large family who likes their space, yet can also be respectful of their noise levels in this quiet cottage atmosphere! When you pull through the quiet neighborhood to the Manistee Lake, you will feel as though you have plenty of room, plenty of shoreline. Enjoy the main house and the bunk-house, which are rented together.
Great for a family vacation where everyone has their space. The 2 spaces are rented as one, and connected by an open breezeway. Bring another small family you enjoy traveling with, allow your young adults to have their own space, or create a multi-generational travel experience by bringing the grandparents and/or favorite aunts and uncles.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
