The garden of the property is fantastic and has 150m2 of paved surface and there is also a fenced-in area of about 8,000m2 where there are fruit trees. Right at the property’s entrance area, you can enjoy the fantastic 55m2 furnished terrace where you can share unforgettable moments with your loved ones. Leaving the kitchen you will see that there is a great 18m2 porch, where you can enjoy cooking dishes outdoors with the mobile barbecue you have access to on the property. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
