The well cared exterior area has absolutely everything you could wish for a wonderful holiday in Mallorca: the fantastic 4 x 3 meter pool with a depth of 1.6 meters, the 4 sun loungers, and the magnificent furnished porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue followed by a pleasant table talk. The property is fenced and has direct neighbours.
The interior of the two-story house has been delightfully decorated and designed to feel like home. From the porch we access the kitchen-dining area, with induction cooker, which leads to the beautiful living room - with AC - where you can watch the Smart TV. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
