Location, location, location! This fabulous 1 bedroom condo is the perfect spot to enjoy all that St. Thomas has to offer. Stay right on the sands of Sapphire Beach, featuring 2 restaurants/bars right within walking distance! Sapphire Beach is one of St. Thomas’ nicest beaches and offers an array amenities, including beach chair and snorkel rental - with Sapphire Marina just next door. The condo is only a mile (if that) to the hustle and bustle of Red Hook, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, and the ferry to St. John and Tortola, BVI!
The condo has 1 bedroom with a king-sized bed as well as a pull-out comfortably sleeping a total of 4 guests. The kitchen is quaint, but equipped with all the basic necessities.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
