The Home
The Cabrita Cliff House has been a successful rental for many years, but had been rented long-term and thus out of the rental pool for the past few years - so we are very excited to announce that she is back and ready to host your group!
Located on the tip of Cabrita Point, on St. Thomas’ East End, Cabrita Cliff Haus is only a few minutes’ drive to Red Hook, where you’ll find lot’s of shopping, restaurants/bars, nightlife, and the ferries to St. John! You really can’t bet the location!
The swimming pool also offers the additional option of electric pool heating which can be booked in advance at $75/night.
Located on the Cabrita Point peninsula/neighborhood on St. Thomas’ East End.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
