Welcome to our single family vacation rental heated pool home located in the Bonita Springs section of Collier County, Florida in the Bonita Shores neighborhood. Our home is located just a little more then a mile from both Bonita Beach and Barefoot beach. We have a large, screened lanai with multiple seating and dining areas, a gas grill, bikes and beach and pool gear. We are also pet friendly!
As you come to our home we have two driveways for your convenience, the first one is at the front of the home and is circular and has brick pavers. This driveway leads you directly to the front door of the home. The second driveway is on the side of the property and connects to the detached garage. There is a large native Calusia hedge on the side of the driveway for extra privacy. Once you enter the home you come into the main foyer that has views all the way to the pool and lanai. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
