The "Southern JEM" is your family friendly,beach home away from home! Located at the Purple Parrot Resort, the "JEM" is just 800 yards from the beautiful beaches of Perdido Key. With three easy to reach Beach Access areas, your family will find the perfect place to play on the Pensacola beaches. The two-bedroom with two and a half bath cottage has everything you need for the perfect family get away! Each bedroom is nicely appointed with plenty of room to move about an ample area for storage. The living room has a large reclining sectional sofa looking out to the covered porch. You can enjoy the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee or relax at sunset from the space. Additionally, there is an upper deck off the master bedroom. The living room has a 62" smart TV with free Wifi with high speed Internet.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
