This absolute gem of a house is situated in Old Dunsborough, within walking distance to the boat ramp and netted swimming beach. This house has been newly renovated and is bright and modern. (The final landscaping updates are due in Feb/ March 2022). Upon entering the home, you are greeted by the open-plan kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen contains all modern appliances and there is plenty of space to cook for all your family and friends. There is a Nespresso pod machine (BYO pods) in the kitchen. Just off the main living area is a separate TV room with a second TV, a great space for the kids to chill out after a day at the beach. Both TVs are set up as smart TV’s, and there is WIFI available at the property for your use.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
