This fabulous second floor 3/2 condo at Camp Warnecke Estates has direct access to the beautiful Comal River; across the street from Schlitterbahn; an easy walk to the downtown shops, bars and restaurants. The perfect location for your family vacation. This condo does not have a river view.. Enjoy Schlitterbahn located just across the street, float the Comal River and get out at the complex or walk up to the Garden St. Bridge for a soothing 30 minutes of “Cruising down the River” – perfect for the little ones. Rockin’ R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin’ R shop is located only .5 miles away. Enjoy the pool and hot tub or explore the beautiful Hill Country. So many things to do you’ll want to stay forever!
Tubers Delight offers comfort, style, and the best location to enjoy New Braunfels. This unit is tastefully decorated and fully furnished with kitchen utensils and appliances, towels and linens, and beds for 10. The master bedroom, with a King bed and full bath, is located on one side of the unit while the other 2 bedrooms and guest bath are on the other side. As a guest in this unit, you have exclusive river access in and out of the Camp Warnecke Estates complex to enjoy a float on the Comal River. You are located near the last public tube exit. The river outfitters are easily accessible since they park their shuttles across the street from the condo. The entrance to Schlitterbahn is about a block away making it easy to go in and out of the waterpark with young children. Spend your evenings on the balcony after a long day of tubing. All linens are furnished for inside use.
Only two parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second parking pass is for general parking and is ’first come first served. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Guests will also be provided with 10 wristbands (max amount allowed). No pets allowed. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor driveways/parking areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
