Welcome to Blue Mesa Lodge 40B, an Property Manager home!
The granddaddy of Mountain Village Core lodging, the Blue Mesa Lodge, and Condos offer centrally located accommodations. 40B is located in the building that sits on the east end of the plaza on the opposite end of the La Piazza restaurant. The front door is on the north end of the building.
Enter the unit from the fourth-floor hallway (that has elevator access). Upon entering the unit, guests are welcomed into a large living space. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, 26-inch flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and balcony with views of the plaza below and San Sofia Ridge beyond. There is a full kitchen with seating for up to four at the breakfast bar. A dining room table offers seating for six and access to the balcony. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
