This is an amazing modern penthouse with a private deck overlooking Main Street in Telluride!
To enter this home, guests will take the elevator from the New San Juan building’s breezeway to the top floor, where the entry is off of a common area deck. Inside, the living space is open and bright. The kitchen is very modern, with grey matte cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, dishwasher and everything needed to complete a meal in the home. The kitchen has a small breakfast bar with seating for three, as well as a dining table with seating for four.
The kitchen is open to the living room, which has a large sectional couch, flatscreen TV with cable, and a wall of windows that overlooks Main Street in Telluride. A door leads to the private patio with amazing views of Ajax and town.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
