This is a large, modern holiday home comprising of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Upstairs you’ll find the ensuite master bedroom with king-sized bed, a second bedroom with king-sized bed and a third bedroom with 2 singles. All enjoy personal balconies with ocean views. The fourth bedroom located downstairs contains a queen bed. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs.
Downstairs finds you in a spacious open plan living/dining area that will make entertaining easy.
With a beautifully appointed kitchen, cooking for guests will be a pleasure. The living area is huge with a large flat screen TV.
This wonderful area opens up to the outdoor entertaining space with BBQ and large alfresco dining table. The fourth bedroom is also down here with a queen bed.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
