Hi travelers, welcome to my sweet apartment on the riverside in Parramatta! only 10 mins walk to the Camillia station and Rosehill Garden. short stroll to supermarket& Cafes.
This Apartment has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, suitable for 4 guests. Can’t wait for your visit!
Guests have access to the whole apartment to your own, I provide but not limited to :
- Open living: LCD TV, Sof ,Dining table.
- Kitchen: basic set of cook wares to suit you cooking needs, cutlery, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle. For the food safety reason, no coffee,tea or sugar,oil and etc.
- Bedroom number 1: queen bed, linens, ensuite with shower room.
- Bedroom number 2: queen bed, linens
- Living room: double sized floor mattress (need confirm with Allen if we still have this one)
- Bathroom :shampoo ,conditioner, body wash , bath towels
- Laundry: washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
