The Stable is a lovely, one bedroom holiday home situated within the garden of Folly Cottage in Grundisburgh, a picturesque village with a few fantastic amenities including a local shop, pub and delicatessen making this the perfect spot for couples retreat in the countryside. The village itself is located just 4 miles from the popular market town of Woodbridge on the River Deben, where there is a great variety of pubs, restaurants, cafes and boutique shops as well as a train station and cinema.
The property is extremely warm and cosy with an open-plan living and dining area that benefits from a sofa, TV, dining table and chairs and two velux windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood in. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
