Saxon Lodge Cottage is a charming, two bedroom holiday home located in the seaside town of Felixstowe, just a moments walk from the wonderful sandy beach. Perfect for couples or a family, the cottage is spacious and modern with everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Suffolk Coast.
Upon entry you are welcomed into a fantastic open-plan kitchen and dining area that has been finished to a high standard and is well-equipped for enjoying a meal in altogether. Off the kitchen is a superb living room that benefits from high ceilings, dual-aspect windows and a smart TV fitted on a gorgeous feature wall.
Upstairs there are two generously-sized bedrooms, with the main one benefitting from a king-size bed (zip and link so can be a twin if required), smart TV and a lovely, decked balcony that looks out over a peaceful, wooded area. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
