The master is on the main floor and has a comfortable king size bed and a large ensuite bathroom. There is also a half bath on the second floor. Bedroom #2 is on the second floor and has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #3 is on the ground floor and has a twin over queen bunk and a single twin bed.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. Please respect these hours.
  • Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
  • There is a fee of $50 per hour for late check-out, and we reserve the right to remove your items and charge the card on file. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
  • The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. The maximum occupancy is the number of people advertised to sleep in the unit's beds. House parties are not allowed at any time. Please follow the building rules regarding noise, parking, and common areas. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee ($1,000 for a house party) charged to your credit card.
