This 1,580-square-foot condo is located on the upper levels of The Reserve at Sugar Mountain, a desirable residential community flanked by the open spaces of Pisgah National Forest and Sugar Mountain Resort. You’ll feel wonderfully secluded while still being just three miles from Sugar Mountain’s ski slopes, public tennis courts, and golf course. The first thing you’ll notice as you step inside is the awe-inspiring view, best enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and outside on the covered deck. There’s a gas fireplace to warm you as you watch movies and play board games all winter, as well as central AC to keep you cool come summer. The living room flows into a dining space for six, a breakfast bar for two, and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A second living area awaits upstairs in the loft, along with a second TV and a cozy workspace nook. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina, LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No Permit Required
