A breathtaking mountain view awaits at this lofty, two-story condo in The Reserve at Sugar Mountain, a truly special home base for your next escape to North Carolina’s high country.
This 1,580-square-foot condo is located on the upper levels of The Reserve at Sugar Mountain, a desirable residential community flanked by the open spaces of Pisgah National Forest and Sugar Mountain Resort. You’ll feel wonderfully secluded while still being just three miles from Sugar Mountain’s ski slopes, public tennis courts, and golf course.
The first thing you’ll notice as you step inside is the awe-inspiring view, best enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and outside on the covered deck. There’s a gas fireplace to warm you as you watch movies and play board games all winter, as well as central AC to keep you cool come summer. The living room flows into a dining space for six, a breakfast bar for two, and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A second living area awaits upstairs in the loft, along with a second TV and a cozy workspace nook.
