Ideally located on the bay side of the island, you’re just a few blocks from the beach and within walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and bars. At the home itself, you’ll love the spacious layout inside and the resort-like pool and hot tub outside. Start the day sipping coffee on either of the two porches – one in the back yard and one in the front – while the kids play in the pool. When everyone gets hungry, head inside to the well-equipped, full kitchen to make breakfast. The airy and open main living space includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it ideal for spending time together. Between the large dining table and barstools at the kitchen island, there’s room for everyone at mealtime. After a day at the beach, return to relax in the central AC or spend some more time in the pool. Rinse off the sand in the handy outdoor shower, then grab a spot on one of the plush couches for a little TV, or use the in-home WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media. Step out to a local restaurant for dinner, and then call it a night in one of three comfortable bedrooms, dreaming of the next perfect beach day tomorrow. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. ** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions. This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.
