Majestic country house with pool in a lovely location, a short drive away from the sea.
Majestic and luxurious Villa just 2 km from Manacor with incomparable views over the Majorcan landscape. The house is also just 3.5 km away from the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy.
The house, has 450 sqm in 2 floors with perfect comfort in every respect.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped American kitchen in an open concept with the dining area where the family can enjoy nice evenings meals with excelents panoramic views.
The Villa has 5 cozy furnished bedrooms, the master bedroom on suite and all of them have double bed. The entrance is quite big and take you to the nice living area, that also has access to the big terrace and garden with its great trees and garden furniture.
From here you will reach to the large pool, ready for you to have some fun with the family or friends, also around the pool area you will find sunbeds to enjoy the weather of Mallorca.
In Manacor you can find good restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping opportunities. Apart from the famous "Caves of Drach" there is to discover numerous other attractions in the area, many beautiful beaches are very close to the property
