There is also a COUCH and 2 TWIN SIZE FOLDING BEDS.
All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.
THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.
The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team.
The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.

The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It's only minutes away from South Beach and from the most exclusive places in Miami. There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life: - No parties. - No gatherings. - No loud noises or shouting. - No loud music. - No smoking indoors.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- House Rules:
- Parties are not pemitted. This is out most important rule that will result in an immediate cancelation of your reservation with no refund. Guests should not be passed 11 pm in the pool area ¡¡
- NO gatherings
- No smoking inside ($300 fine)
- No loud music or shouting.
- No additional guests allowed that are not in the stated on the reservation.
- Maximum 2 cars on driveway.
- No parking on street.
