Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- BEACH TAGS
- Beach tags are required between Memorial Day-Labor Day. You may purchase them at the Brigantine Community Center or with cash on the beach from the tag
- checkers.
- TV
- We have a Smart TV in the living room. You will be able to log into the applications like Netflix with your own credentials. We do not have cable.
- Please remember to log out before you depart.
- PARKING
- Parking onsite. Each unit gets one designated parking spot, which is clearly marked.
- There is ample (no permit required) parking on the street, but please make sure to read street parking signs.
- Very easy & convenient to grab an Uber or Lyft to any nearby destinations.
- TRASH
- Trash day is Thursday.
- There is a regular trash can and recycling can in the kitchen. Multiple trash cans are located behind the building. Please make sure all trash are in the bins, with the lids closed.
