Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- BEACH TAGS
- Beach tags are required between Memorial Day-Labor Day. You may purchase them at the Brigantine Community Center or with cash on the beach from the tag checkers.
- TV
- We have a Smart TV in the living room. You will be able to log into the applications like Netflix with your own credentials.
- We do not have cable.
- PARKING
- There is no parking onsite available. There is ample (no permit required) parking on the street, but please make sure to read street parking signs.
- Very easy and convenient to grab an Uber or Lyft to any nearby destinations.
- TRASH
- Trash day is Wednesday.
- Multiple trash cans are located behind the building. There is a regular trash can and recycling can in the kitchen.
- PETS
- We allow dogs only, as some members of our family are allergic to cats. =(
- 2 dog max will be allowed on premise with an extra fee of $80 per pet.
- The extra fee is due to extra cleaning & ozone machines used after your stay to make the property comfortable for all guests' future stays.
