This contemporary-style holiday house offers its guests a well-deserved vacation opportunity thanks to its amenities that include a round pool with deck chairs, a covered whirlpool with heated water and a wonderfully landscaped garden. The yard is fenced and spacious making it ideal for children and pets to play and enjoy themselves to the fullest. Although the terrace is open, it remains in the shade during the daytime. It is perfect for having a great time with friends and family.
The living room has a lovely ambiance for relaxing. This well-ventilated room overlooking the outdoors is furnished with a leather sofa, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a dining table with four chairs. Adjacent to this room is the open kitchen which is equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a cooker hob and a fridge.

The owner of the house owns the famous restaurant Betiga which has hosted a number of celebrities. The restaurant serves local cuisine. The owner can arrange a meal from the restaurant if requested.

The house is located in the town of Betiga is known for offering a variety of outdoor activities and water sports opportunities. The nearest beach is only 10 minutes’ walk from the house. Guests can also drive to the beach. The beaches are recently renovated and have sections with pebbles that are suitable for children. There are shops and restaurants within a kilometer of the holiday house.
There are bike routes along the sea and in the countryside that are quite popular among visitors. There are also hiking routes worth exploring. Golf lovers should definitely visit the nearest golf course which is located on the island of Brijuni (a national park) which can be reached by a ferry that departs from the town of Fažana.
The nearest airport is Pula airport which is about 27 kilometers from here.
