This three and a half bedroom, three-bathroom house is located in one of Coffs Harbours most private beach suburbs - away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, but within easy reach.
While this house is suitable for anyone wanting a relaxed holiday at the beach, for anyone with mobility impairment this is an adaptable home as it features the following:
Firstly, a sloping path provides wheelchair or easy walking access to the house. The main level of the house has been designed with a queen bedroom and bathroom that can accommodate aids for those who find it difficult to stand in the shower. Then there’s the WYMO hoist above the inground pool to help wheelchair users in and out of the pool.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
