Welcome to our beautiful cottage at Sawtell, the perfect destination for those wanting the best of both worlds - a beachside holiday escape with the convenience of shops, cafes, pub, and cinema all a short walk away. The cottage sleeps 6 and is just a stroll from the beautiful beach at Sawtell.
The Cottage is a single level, 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom cottage that sleeps 6 people. It is located across the road from the Sawtell Beach reserve and is close distance to Sawtell Life Saving Club.
The cottage has a separate studio (Sea Pine Studio) that can be booked separately, or you can book the entire property (Sea Pine Cottage and Studio) which sleeps 8 people. Please note that if you are booking Sea Pine Cottage (not including the studio) you are not booking the entire property and the Studio will remain bookable by others during your stay. Common areas include the backyard and BBQ.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
