This home is located in a tiny seaside enclave a few minutes north of Coffs Harbour in Sapphire Beach, tucked well away from the tourist throng. There is just a handful of homes which call the ocean their backyard and this in one of them.
PANORAMA DECK BEDROOMS:
- Master bedroom upper level consists of a King bed. A bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door, with toilet, shower and bidet.
- Oceanview sunroom is also located on the same level. Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views from queen size bed.
LIDO DECK BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom 3: Groundfloor, Queen bed, lounge and small dining area
- Bedroom 4: Ground floor, with two single beds
- Bedroom 5: Ground floor with one single bed - perfect for a child.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
