Alexinia’s House is an extraordinary luxurious villa, that can host 8 persons and is located in an unbelievable location on a top of a hill with incredible unobstructed views of the whole area, the mountains and the sea, and just 8km from many famous and fully organized sandy beaches of Chania city.
The original building was built in 1900 and is just fully renovated. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 en-suite modern bathrooms, and one more shared one. There is a large open-plan fully equipped modern kitchen and a big living area surrounded by extra big balconies, terraces, and garden yards. There is a large 48 sq.m. private swimming pool with a waterfall effect and unlimited views of the area.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
