Welcome to my new luxury apartment in the center of Athens. Here in the historic neighborhood of Plaka you can have the luxury of enjoying a cool swim (wtih mineral water) in our private pool while living in the city center. Just do not miss it! The pool is disinfected and cleanedautomatically. This type of cleaning creates mineral water which has beneficial properties for hair and body.

It is truly one of a kind apartment, made with a lot of love as we respected the architectural traditions of this historic building by holding stone walls and at the same time building with delicate additions creating the ideal match of tradition and modernity.

The apartment will be ready in July 2022 and at the same time another 5 are being prepared and that will be ready to accommodate guests very soon. Photos are photorealistic and very soon the official realistic images will follow!

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Late Check-in: 30 EUR per booking.
  • Baby high chair: 20 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
  • Crib: 20 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
  • Heated Pool: 50 EUR per day.
