LOCATION: This is a charming home nestled between the longleaf pines of the Forest Lakes community in Blue Mountain Beach. This gated community is a stone’s throw from Draper Lake - one of Florida’s rare dune lakes - and a five-minute cart/bike ride from shopping, dining, and public beach access.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW: The home’s quintessential craftsman exterior is lined with over-hanging rooftops and rafter tails. As you step in from the spacious front porch, the partially-paned doors and large windows fill the open living/dining room with natural light. There’s plentiful communal space with table seating for six people and an additional four stools at the breakfast bar.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
- The home comes with a six-person golf cart and bikes for you to use. Please lock bikes at all times when left unattended and only park the golf cart at the property overnight. Only licensed persons over 21 years of age are permitted to operate the golf cart.
- The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.
