Welcome to MAD Apartment 1A, a well-furnished and beautifully designed apartment for up to 4 guests, located a short 3-minute walk to Nueva Numancia Metro Station, in Madrid.
With charming yet functional decor in vivid colors, our local interior designers have created a welcoming space fitted with 1 double bedroom and a living-dining area with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
The bathroom comes with a shower. Free toiletries are also provided. You don’t have to worry about bringing towels and bed linen, we have them all set for you upon arrival.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or quick bite. This includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
