Have you ever thought about staying in one of the most popular condominiums in Guarujá? Located in the Solaris building, our triplex offers 300 m² of comfort and sophistication for our guests.

Practically standing on the sand, we are facing the beach of Asturias and we are able to receive groups of up to 11 people with maximum comfort.

On the entrance floor we have a living room with sofas and television, dining room, full kitchen equipped with everything necessary for preparing meals, as well as a guest toilet, a service bathroom, a suite and the balcony that surrounds the entire apartment. On the second floor, we have three more bedrooms, one suite and two double rooms - all with a double bed each.

The cherry on the cake is on the third floor, where we have an impeccable infrastructure to meet the highest standards with private pool, solarium and covered barbecue.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • 1. After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental contract will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport);
  • 2. No noise and loudspeaker after 9pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from a daily rate or according to condominium rules (if any);
  • 3. Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited;
  • 4. We accept small pets, on request (see pet rules: https://bit.ly/2DbxBVq)
  • 5. Smoking only in outdoor areas;
  • 6. Children allowed;
  • 7. You will see in the house rules that we normally do not provide bed linen and bath towels, but we do provide them for Homes & Villas by Marriott guests..
  • 8. The pool is cleaned weekly, if it needs maintenance, please let us know.
  • 9. The condo allows 8 adults + 2 children maximum.
  • 10. A security deposit of R$ 2.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
  • 11. Offers 2 parking spaces.
  • 12. Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
