Ilhabela is, without a doubt, one of the best places for those looking to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the big city, whether with a beautiful day at the beach, or admiring the island’s unparalleled natural beauty. Just 400 meters from Praia do Perequê, our house offers all the comfort and sophistication for the most diverse tastes.
We comfortably accommodate, in our 200m², groups of up to eight people in four suites, two inside the house and two outside, all with air conditioning. The house is all brick and wood finished, giving an intimate and cozy air. The living room has a sofa and television and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils during your stay.

We are very close to banks and supermarkets, besides being only 400m from Perequê Beach, which is known for its great infrastructure, with bars and restaurants to all tastes. It is also great for water sports such as kitesurfing and stand-up.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Non-compliance will result in a fine.
- - Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- - Visits are not permitted.
- - Pets are not allowed.
- - Smoking is only permitted in external areas.
- - We offer bed linen, bath towels and blankets.
- - We do not offer beach towels.
- - The house can accommodate up to 8 people, but if you have any extra children, it is possible to add a mattress. We ask that you notify our team in advance, as you will need to bring bed linen and towels for this mattress.
- - We have 2 parking spaces.
- - A security deposit of R$ 2000 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there are none, there will be no extra charges.
