Our house is situated in a quiet alley in the neighborhood of Perequê in Ilhabela just 500 meters from the beach. We sleep up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms, 1 suite with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, both with air conditioning. Ideal place to accommodate family or a small group. Take this opportunity and come and experience this place full of nature, a place that has long been our refuge and is now open to new friends.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The price may vary from one daily rate.
- - Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- - Visits are not permitted.
- - We allow small pets, upon request.
- - Smoking only in external areas.
- - We provide bed linen, bath towels and pillows. We do not provide beach towels.
- - A security deposit of R$ 1000.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If none occurs, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation. This may influence the final value.
