Our property is in a privileged location, on the edge of the lagoon, overlooking the sea on both sides of Barra da Tijuca beach and the ecological preservation areas. In addition, boasting a colonial and noble air, we have four floors with eight spacious rooms, eight suites arranged between Queen and King-Size beds, with built-in closets, cable TV, minibars in the rooms, air conditioning, bathrooms or whirlpools. . Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeakers after 9pm. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The price may vary from one daily rate or according to condominium rules (if any)
- - Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
- - Visits are not allowed.
- - Children allowed
- - We accept small pets, upon request.
- - Smoking allowed in external areas
- - Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the house
- - Do not throw toilet paper and sanitary pads down the toilet
- - WI-FI available in the house
- - A security deposit of R$4,000.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Space for 10 cars.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price
- - It is mandatory to hire two housekeepers for the amount of R$: 300.00 per day
